We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Royal Hotel Caen! The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I am a tea drinker so the kettle in the room was lovely. The organic teas were a nice touch! My SO had breakfast downstairs and enjoyed it. We were visiting the DDay sites - this was a great starting and ending point. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Caen.

Very solid experience at this hotel. Fantastic location looking out on the central plaza. Estelle at the front counter was extremely helpful, pointing out all the sights to see and making some very good restaurant suggestions.

Great hotel overall. Always had good service. Wanted to rent a e bike and even though they didn't have any their sister hotel down the street did so we were able to take the bike path to sword beach...
